They are only offering the DVD in NTSC. We are PAL in Australia......

Prefer to have the disk but guess I will have to download it like you guys.

PAL / NTSC should not make a difference to DVD's. This was an issue for VCR's. Most DVD players will play NTSC without an issue. You may find an issue with the DVD region however. Depends on if your DVD player is locked to a specific region. That said, it is usually possible to unlock your DVD to play all regions - A google
    should turn up some instructions.

Thanks for the link, I was looking about 2 days ago and there was no digital download link. I'd rather have a digital copy, rather than a DVD.

The problem may be the PAL TV.

Is it coming out in region 4 PAL?

I'd be very surprised if it doesn't. Most of these sort of productions don't get region coded and, more often than not, aren't even encrypted (probably due to the licencing costs involved). Unless you have a 20+ year old TV then NTSC won't be an issue either. Region encoding should not be a problem anyway for anything but a very, very old DVD player.

As predicted the DVD is not region encoded...

    Nor is it encrypted...
