The 'Run to the Sun' is going to be at Mudgeeraba showgrounds again.
We have had great feedback, "so much more relaxed than the usual shows"
Having no trophies proved a popular decision, there may have been some drivers stay away, but it took a great presure off and everyone enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere
More details to follow soon
Roy

Seems most events are on in the second half of the year.

Nationals around Easter in sydney and Dubs the only 2 i think of off the top in the 1st half.

It's a huge day, hopefully not as hot this year.
Huge party the night before, some people were soft & left their eldest son with the party people on the verandah.

Way too much information for me.
You were the one who complained that JR was a waste of space for the next week & THEN blamed the verandah party people.

I was just looking back at RTTS 2009 threads and found one which mentioned a record for number of VW/Kombis in the one place.
Well I had a look on the Guinness World Records web site and from what I can find, there isn't one, There is one for cramming people into a Beetle, largest parade of B.M.W's, Ferrari's and that sort of thing.
Surely this is achievable, any other thoughts on this?
