Thanks for the pics everyone, looks like a fantastic day for it. Plenty of bays is always good to see.

Hi Jon,
Dave says Thanks for showing the way out of Narrabeen.
Looks like the festival was a success with the huge roll up of Kombis.
I am still dissapointed I couldnt be there
Cheers Dave and Marney.

Hi Marney, shame you missed it was a great event.

I lost Dave on the Pacific Hwy due to the traffic and lights but it looks like he made it.

See you both at the Christmas Party on the 5/12?

Just gone through the whole thread and 80+ was a great turn.

Must have looked totally awesome in convoy and bet you still had to contend with the odd dipstick who just had to get in front or between some of you.

Looks like a great day, thanks for the pics. I noticed that there were one or two rusty roofs so maybe Janie wouldn't have been too embarrassed after all! Wish I could have gone but a family event was planned, although cancelled on Friday night for Sunday. Anyway, I spent all Saturday morning helping sort out my son's radiator problem (Honda Prelude), then hooked up the new boat to Janie and went fishing in the other direction.

Hey does anyone know how to get a hold of the photos that were getting taken out of the samba on the harbour bridge, they would look epic.

That was fun heading down the hill towards the spit bridge where we went 3 wide and blocked all lanes so the samba photgrapher could get nothing but kombis in the photo.

Over the spit bridge I was in the left lane and some French car was getting angry at being held up and wouldnt get off his horn. I got out of the way then he started on the guy in front of me - cranky/ impatient bastard!

Anyway great fun and all went well - great effort by the organisers.
