    Old door lower repairs were matched to the rocker install, new doors mean she don't line up anymore.
    Chuck in another outer skin, then. On it now.

    Saturday in the garage and it's done, happy with the results as it opens and shuts like new.

    Yep.
    Slightly difference in cost of materials and labour between a closed door quick flick and a conciencienous restore to original +.

    Longevity will be one of the benefits.
    Kudos to a task well done.

    One more coat of primer and a sand and this side is done! , wow , going to do the roof next as I'm busting to get it super flat.
    I've changed my mind on colour again, could be pretty bold , I change my mind every time I have a few beers so It's not really worth mentioning.... unless you want to know ;)

    Scored a minty PMG door, sanded it to metal and skimmed a few dings, It's gapped really nice . My old door is a bit Boogered up but will still make a good door for someone.
    Everything opens and shuts perfectly now.
