    Hi Phil,

Your C looks fantastic and pretty much what I wanted my GL to look like in the future, except I'm going red and I would love to get planking too. (Oh, and whilst I'm at it, I'd love to drop in a 4.2 Audi V8)

Did you get your bumpers, skirts and eyebrow from Rohen-Bull and did you make the blenders on yours, or was this bought too?

Hi Nashie the brow came from Rohen-Bull however the bumpers & planking came in from South Africa, imported with a van be a guy years ago. I dont have blenders its just black paint in the rear. The lower front lights are called Terrapodz and are from USA from Terrawagen.

Thats exactly right mate, tech moves fast and right now it is still in the "trendy" stages with bucket loads of marketing to make it move. jewelry, drones and gaming are really driving the quality of print and range of materials.
Once high end machines are the norm, (anyone have a spare $100K?) warehouses will no longer be full of stock but just a few machines and a bunch of powder. Done right it will eliminate the wholesaler altogether resulting in the consumer paying less mark up.

Hey Nils, just wondering what happened with the little plastic piece out of the 72 indicator stalk Misabi posted back in August 2015? I have the same broken piece in my Kombi and would love to get a replacement rather than have to dodge it with an indicator stalk from another model. Thanks :)

Hi Nils, thanks a lot for the bump stop part you sent me. It's now fitted and clearly has made for a much smoother operation of door closure, no more metal to metal clunking as it always has done till now, simply because this part was not ever in place.
I highly recommend this DIY install to anyone missing this part, improving the sliding door operation is always a worthwhile thing to achieve.

Next stage with the seat cams based on printing costs is CNC milling ..... for comparison original design CNCed

    Seat Cam 3D original style.jpg

Then we compare to option of CNC model - quicker to do seeing front and back have solid internals
