    Hi Dan,
    Next trip............
Bus Stop 2017. Swansea. Just down the road from us . Bar Murray's Beach member & that guy from Warners Bay. I'll have the second coldest oil!!
Bretti between... a revisit after 6 yrs.
    & then Old Bar.
More than happy Dan to have him home:D:D. Bit more than that but I can't really express all the emotions I'm feeling tonight bar what a wonderful job my beater has done. All good things come to those who wait. Went black wipers (changed them from orig) to match the black in the roo bar. Chromed air vent made that decision.!:)
Didn't want 'too much bling' on the front;).
This was the best I could do for balance of colour/chrome.
Curtains tomorrow & soft interior in.
    Can't wait.
Off to the viewing chair now with wine!!
    Cheers,
    David H

Maybe.... Depends how well my next 3 days go. If I'm there Sunday that will be my first outing with this project & I'm 'working towards'. But keen to 'show off the boy'. Will be unfinished but who ever does finish this?
    :D
    Hopefully see you there.
    Cheers,
    David H

    Hi Barry,
It's just a bit darker than 'flipper' but I love it. See earlier comments in resto thread about previous respray.

Why are you wasting precious refit time perusing the Kombi Club forums? o_O

You've got a Sunday deadline to get to a gathering!

Turn off the computer, and go and do some more to the bus.......:p

    Thanks Wayne,
Spent the day inside the bus & was just sitting here cruising KC & went "what's that smell" on me a then realised it was 'eau de panelshop'.;) One of the most expensive perfumes ever produced! :D.Some success today. R & R bed & armrests back in.

New curtains & lower stringers. Struggling with slider inside panel & new tailgate resto (yeah JK) panel holes don't line up but any progress is good.
A very happy but worn out David H from hanging curtains!

    Hi Grantus,
Even us old 'hard workers' need some R & R:D!
I'm working towards that deadline but progress is slow inside these things.
I hate interiors even tho' I'm small!
    Cheers

I had exactly the same problem. Had to drill about 10 new holes (there was already about 30 drilled in the new panel) - PITA

    Hi Scott,
Just think we're the 'crash test dummies' for JK. I've got the same number of holes as you & about to add another 20.
Perhaps it'll go faster now with less weight;). See njh new member post.
It's over 1 month since I wrote to Just Kampers about the glass I'd purchased not fitting.
I still have no response from them.
But I'm a happy chappy & my glass is nearly full!:D
    Cheers

He would be wishing it was a single cab he would be finished the interior already and no need to hang curtains in a SC Mine you there isn't much interior to put in one any way.

I got my panels from Jk UK before JKA was out the panels supplied where raw, Pre fitted to make sure it fitted and mark pattern in door cards for trimmer. No problems from my side for fitting
