My lady and i only live 20 minutes away, when we got there and saw about 20 or so parked in there....and we passed others on our way home goin there as well..

so it would have been a good day for all..there will be a lot better pics on here from other members with a good camera and different shots...

local traffic must have loved us choofin along..

out of all the amazing buses we saw today..and there were some 'AMAZING' Kombi's....incredible colours...proffessional work on the interiors..again..well done to all..

And good one..to the vic plater in their bus....fully packed and weighted down....

this came down to my pic and the other one with all the glass beads on the dash...the one that looked lived in....

    Bugger - two threads.

Sorry Littleozzybloke, I must have started a thread around the same time as you re: suttons in "QLD/NSW event discussion.

Oh well, just good luck I guess. Looks like we had about the same taste of photo shoot though. Some very similar

    Cheers.

Great to chat with you today.

Very, VERY jealous that we missed this - our "dirty" weekend away at the Gold Coast was great, but we were driving home about lunchtime, and both Reece and I suggested that a drive to Redcliffe wouldn't be THAT far out of the way..... ;) We did do our fair share of Kombi spotting though, and got a full arm-out-the-window wave about 5 mins from home up at Paddington. Delightful to see!

Unfortunately, parental guilt got the better of us, and we went home to see the tin lids, after sneaking in another coffee and cake though!

Great to see you all there having a good time - wonderful weather, sexy Kombis. What else do you need?

Bring on Currumbin. Hope to catch up with a lot of you down there.

Hiya, that bus belongs to Col's (cbus) daughter Alanna. He always manages to find some excuse to "work" on Murtle The Turtle as she is known whenever a KC event comes along! :)

Goblin, every meet I've been to we have always found CBus with his head down under someones bus. If you can manage to come to one he is at, you may get lucky.

Stand in the queue o Guruess

Stand in the queue o Guruess and don't think your sunny disposition and newly found status as a Guruess will allow you to use your charm wit and personality to move your way up the line.

.......I could just imagine you at a nightclub lining up at the bar K1........you don't have to wait long to get served........do you....?

    CONGRATULATIONS KYRA

Now that you are elevated we expect the Info to flow in the opposite direction!!!!

    Actually its Myrtle
as in the tree. She was named when Rob [4 hammers] was giving the girls a lift to Hobart last year.

But everyone thinks its a turtle thing so work starts this w/e to finish her off.

Lighter pearl white roof . Same green with a emerald tint in the first clear to give a bit of a darker throw as she goes past.

    Finish inside

    Finish mechanicals

Alanna wants clouds on the inside roof. I recon a fisheye shot of Amazon forest with sky and a couple of bright parrots??

    You're right
    Itll never happen!!

The first thing I noticed was your avatar Goblin

    Matching pair???

    Good taste !!!
