    Dno washed the salt off the following day, or delousing, as he calls it. So that's it folks, thanks for tagging along on another Kombi journey and the odd comment here and there. Glad you have all enjoyed it as we have. Stay tuned for the next adventure of the Sunburnt Express.

    I gotta ask, the source of the water for the wash down (delousing)?

    Just that after a dirty days work in my SC, I hosed it down with bore water, and the calcium marks took an age to remove.....never again!

    Ohh no, yes we have done that before on holidays. No we are very lucky, we live in an area called Spring Terrace and our water is very good with very little minerals. However we are on the last of our rain water and hoping for the predicted rain tomorrow!

    I’m with you on that one.

    After one of the warmest and driest Autumn’s in a long time, some decent rain would be very welcome for the tanks and the plants. ;)
