As i said in the QLd storms post, We have been lucky to miss the ferocity of the storms that lashed Brisbane, but we have had a few days of rain topped off by 100mm of rain overnight, Today I found all the roads to work were cut, so I spent the day driving around the roads I could get to taking some pics of the creeks. I think it will only get worse as it is currently raining here now and the weather radars show more storms coming across the downs.

Looking at the build up of sticks and the mud line on the bank I think the truck may have gone under overnight.

A few hours before i took this shot I would have been waist deep in water

Actually I would have been screaming for help as I was washed downstream with about a tonne of debri.
