Just got home from another Camp Keen...I survived
Again we must thank Andy & Lorraine for having all of us invade their home...
As I have said before for those of you who have been invited there, you can see what goes into having us stay there..
A beautiful big property that for days before is mowed & prepared for the KC invasion each time..
Not to mention the planning behind the scenes of meals, shopping, organization of a planned weekend etc
So again I say THANK YOU for again welcoming us all into your home.

I only took a few pics, but I know there are many (blackmail  ) pics that were taken...
I am sure many pics will post up here for us to see...
Many drinks were drunk, many laughs were had, & a hell of alot of smiling faces were there.
It was great to have many who travelled far to come & a few made the trip for the very first time....so Thanks heaps for coming...we are glad you came :)
Again Thank you so much to Lorraine & Andy...
That was a very funny weekend with you all...I never stopped laughing...even at 3am in the morning... ....no one can ever call me SOFT!!!

It may have come from him, but highly doubt it was the bugle. :wtf:

hey pat, there I was on the side of the road under TCB with a wrench JUST LIKE YOU SAID I'd be and you didn't come by! (I did a valve adjustment at camp keen before heading out and the valve cover didn't seat right and I lost over a quart of oil before lismore... crikey!)

thanks again lorraine and andy for another great weekend. whhhyyyy do i poison myself????

Such a great camp keen again.
We enjoyed the weekend and it was good to see the old and newer faces in the crowd.
Thanks Lorraine and Andy for the hospitality, you are always welcome at our camp fire.

Thankyou Andy and Lorraine the birthday girl for opening up your home in the sun for us and for all the hard work that must go in to making a Camp Keen happen. Thank also for the warm welcome and open friendship shown us by all the KC people, it was a wonderful weekend that unfortunately had to cut short for Margaret’s specialist appointment.
I am pleased to announce that Kombi behaved faultlessly for the trip up and home. If the idiot owner hadn’t over filled the oil at Grafton on the way up the two stoke appearance may have been a little less too. Even after over 1,000kms fairly hard driving since I put the 2 ltrs in it’s still overfull, probably really didn’t need any oil in the first place, just the driveway slope through me off.
We arrived home just before 2.30am this morning, must have been all the wholesome goodness of the Dr Jurds Jungle juice that powered me on, 11hrs, 760kms, 2 fuel stops, 2 coffee stops and a sit down meal stop (why is the food or coffee not suitable for human consumption at the place you can get LPG requiring separate stops) and Kombi never missed a beat, can’t ask for more than that.
We had a great time, can’t wait for Mt Gambier.

    T Terry & Margaret
