I think they are reflectors David......
Fair call. Bugger .....I love a bit of road kill to pick up. Don't want to lever the kill off the road tho'. No wonder I didn't see them on the day!
Unusual to see red on the RHS esp when the aft shows white/right?
Small words to the left. Port, red, left etc. May be a play of light?
If I was coming from the other direction would I see that as red & the one behind as white?
That would be confusing!
@oldman .Sure looks like a pair of red handles perfectly positioned above the road whites.
Still reckon they're red handled pliers covering a white reflector. Look at the darker part LHS beyond the reflector that is attached to the handles making it look like pliers or snips.
Perfectly positioned. You can even see the white reflector under.
If you say so David.......
At least you know where they are and you can go pick em up.
While you’re there, it looks like there’s another pair further back.......and wait, yet another pair equidistant down the road again.
Maybe someone lost a sample case of pliers ?
(.....it’s a joke )
Hey David, the photo is reversed, what you are seeing is the LHS - sliding door side. The reflector is red and correct. The other one further up looks white due to the glare from the sun. Put the pliers back in the toolbox!
Has this turned into an ad for Specsavers?
Matching pair. One red one white!
That makes sense. I don't.
