    Great day.
    21 all up
2 splits, 3 T3’s and the rest bays.
I left after the photo shot as I had to see Phil and I had Stanley the dog. So no pub for us

A few others took a wrong turn @kombinut as some 'split off' at the end of the cruise & those behind followed them:confused:. Did cause some stress for a few:(.
Might need to explain what goes on before the next cruise;).
I've learnt that so long as you can see the one behind you it's 'keep going'. If you can't see the one behind you slow down which works well if all going to the same destination. Now that causes the one in front of you to 'slow down' & has a ripple effect back up to the lead driver to slow down.
You weren't the only one lead astray:(.
I reckon if you're going to 'split off' from the cruise the take off from photo shoot puts you behind the 'trail car' which was @BillHily today.
Still it's even fun to go & get lost when you're driving a Kombi:D.
    Cheers

Yes, agree 100% with that. And if we're going to get upward of 20 kombis at these things I may have to enlist the master kombi parker (aka David H) to make some plans on how we'll park up! ;)

This was my grand daughters first kombi convoy - she didn't know that was the name and she called it a "kombi paradise". Next time hopefully she will be in the 75 with my son driving it instead of the Golf GTi.

She got that right:D. T'was so good to see the roll up, the effort by Sharyn & Chris & the companionship & new friends that this club does:cool:. At least the Golf was red & a VW;).
    Cheers

I'm feeling the Kombi love over here <3 ;)

Gotta love a good old Kombi Cruise. And I reckon Kombi Paradise is also an apt description! :D

Good work Mr Beckstar, and a big bummer to have missed this. T'was a loooong Saturday night Strictly Ballroom (the musical) and after. A long sleep in Sunday helped but not enough unfortunately. Hopefully will make the next one.
