So which is the Correct (i.e. most true to the original) Handbrake Rubber Boot for a late Bay?

Yeah ... VW Heritage are trying to tell me the bottom one is original for a Late Bay, but I don't think so. I thought I ordered the top one but the bottom one turned up. Now I have to decide if I give it a go or just send it back and get another elsewhere.

Hmmm .... even Just Kampers say the bottom boot will fit a Late Bay. JK says the top one is for a split???

The bottom one is higher and would come up the handle higher and (thus might fit ok).
