Please tell me this car won some award for the day ..........
Some of the other 356's
This is really amusing since the owner of this vehicle has suggested I burn my Bath Rugby jersey ........ ..........
........... ha ha ........
Brett you didn't by any chance get a pic of my shiny "turd"?? I know the rat look is all dull and rusty etc but I'm starting the shiny turd look. Rough looking paint with a super shine!!
The motto will be " you CAN polish a turd if you rub hard enough" LOL
PS thanks to the wonderful person who put the big scratches down the left hand side of my bus with your bag. Love your work..... not.
congrats to all of the prize winners -must be very proud. Seems a few went south of the border

I guy with a split had his passenger side front window smashed in also.
I won't be parking down the back next time, stuffs me why everyone wasn't told to park up the front there was a heap of room up there!
I have to agree with that one why not fill the front carpark up first then start down the back. but i did hear the beetle and other Vw model owners didn't like all the Kombi's filling up the front carpark. Majority rules and for once it is the Kombi's!!
I say build a bridge people......
just look in some of the pics and you'll see some normal cars parked in the show area!
:wtf: Have to agree Brennden - organisation on arrival all over the place There was heaps of room in the top car park - noticed some moved up there. Suppose it's always hard to plan for how many of each variant is going to turn up
gr8 link to all pics from the aussie dub site

People really don't care when they are walking around cars whether they scratch them or not and some kombi drivers park too close to one another so there's not enough room to walk between 2 kombi's - all to reminiscent of shopping centre car parks
I read on AVD that a convertable beetle was damaged by someone also....
Separate names with a comma.
