    Hi All,
    needing some advise pretty urgently.
Have moved from Aussie back to NZ and brought our 1975 Bus with us. For compliance they are needing evidence that the vehicle was made with the poptop!!

Can anyone advise if or where I can source this from??
I have emailed VW Germany as VW NZL cant assist.

Really stressed and need to find this or i have to send the van 150kms away fro low volume compliance which is going to be expensive and take time.

    Cheers

Unless it is a Westfalia, you won’t get it.

99% in Australia were made as a Kombi and then converted.

There were a couple of VW “approved” conversations.

    What brand is your conversion?

If it is a Sopru there “should” be a compliance plate on it.

Or you may have a" blue plate" .
    Similar and blue.
Handwritten details on a blue plate.
Some conversions didn't have original as shown and may have had to have an engineer passing at a later stage hence the blue mod plate.

This one will be behind the driver’s seat if it’s a Sopru.
    Cheers,
