These bush fires have caused devastation too many unfortunately. So lucky not to be touched by them so far here on the coast. The smoke has given some incredible sun rises and sun sets. Mobile phone photos don't capture what it looks like but you get the idea. Normally you would be able to see Coolangatta in the back ground of this shot.

Some local guys have started a brewery down the road from us out the Valley. Not a bad drop. Especially on a hot summers day:) Whats your favourite?

.....and nice to see that they've maintained a 375ml serve and not those silly 330 ml euro-crap cans/bottles.....;)
Our local micro does a nice pale lager too..."Trust Tree"
    upload_2019-12-15_17-17-57.png

    ....and it's only $50.00 a case !!
Support your local economy I reckon :D
    Cheers,

Nice that it’s a realistic and competitive price. :)

The local Bent Spoke Canberra brew, is a good drop, but at $80 a case, it’s hard to justify the added expense o_O

Not as cheap as Mark’s $50 local case price......

$150 will buy you 3 cases of Trust Tree, but not enough to buy 2 cases of Bent Spoke...... :(

The Currumbin Valley pale ale is $85 for a 16 pack so will only be for a treat unfortunately. $50 for Trust Tree is so cheap. Thats great.

Could be “mates rates” too.......my neighbour is a good friend of the brewer.
I give him the $50 and a day later I get the case.
    Works for me !:D
    Cheers,

It they are, I’m not sure why anyone would spend more on “firsts”....
It’s a bloody good drop as is !
(but then again, I’ve never been fussy.......)
