    Hey Chris - new avatar ;)
    Shannons tout the classic car or new or rare vehicle insurance (in reality they'll do anything) .... their passion :rolleyes:. They are part of Suncorp Insurance.
    Multiple policies with cars and house bode well for better pricing :D ..... good to see you've bundled yours and got some savings :cool:

    yep anything to save a dollar mate. i am never to flash on insurance companies. they are like leaches , but necessary evil, so if i can get a good deal and save a few $ doing it i am happy

    Thought I'd try Shannon's a couple of years ago for my house insurance, after all I have several cars with them. Sadly my house is to old! :eek:

    My house was built in 1910, they wouldn't insure anything over 100 years old. Probably more solid than some of those built since 1990!;)

    I'd even say built since 1980 :eek: ..... based on the 1st house I bought - brand new in 1980 ;)

    Hell yeah.
    Those old homes will still be around in another 100 years .They were built to last unlike modern homes which are virtually termite tucker.

    I just insured with shannons, 1977 model @purchase price, $755 for the year. I thought that was pretty good.
