Big question mark on it in my view.

    Not a proper lowlight.
    Engine bay not painted
    Engine not detailed.

Sounds bs or someone had more money than brains

.....and the strangest 1600 I've ever seen !
Looks like a late bay with a replaced ( lowlight) front clip.
Not sold yet but sold pending payment.....here's hoping the potential buyer wakes up before parting with that much money........
    Cheers,

Problem with selling sites like that one and others, is they have a generic template to click on for vehicles, and age, which is not always accurate, to the details of the vehicle being sold. :(

:D Read the ad. My favourite line. "Reason for sell is this will be half of a house deposit."
Since when is a bay Kombi half a house deposit?

Datsun 260z in 79 was 25% of the purchase price of house & land when I killed it!
Used to drive past houses in the early 90's & see 2 fourbies in the drive worth more than the house. Knew that would change!;)
    Cheers

Mate lived in Shalvey (in fact 2 did almost the same distance apart they grew up in @ Northmead) and the part that was the public housing section had the flash V8 cars and ski or fishing boats :confused: which raised the question if they are in Government housing how do they afford the all the toys = buy your own house back in the 80's and you could barely afford the mortgage and possibyl a 3rd hand car
