Saw this one this morning heading north just before the Port Macquarie turn-off. Wrapping not really helping to protect the duco, pretty wild!

Work trip to Port Macquarie for a couple of days, in my daily driver, 96 Prado, its 21 years old now (prob be a classic car club for them soon), 370,000kms and has served us well, still going strong and can go where Gertie cant, wouldn't like to take Gertie through the Vic high country:)

    Hi Geoff,
If you disconnect the front sway bar off Gertie she be almost as good as the Prado in the high country. Had a few broken sway bars on old boy;) & it works well off track. Oh... & if you truly get stuck...undo your sliding door;)...it's all about wheel contact & chassis flexibility:D. I've always carried snow chains for (the snow) & for when the flat 'slop' beats rear wheel drive & they can't get past that 1" of mud in front of the rear tyres:mad: with the bum sinking.
    Cheers
