Kombis In Goolwa.....

    Went on a run today with the VOLKS ENTHUSIASTS and the VOLKSWAGEN CLUB OF SA, set off from Burnside and took the scenic route to Goolwa. A great run and fantastic day out for both clubs.

    Cool pics man , looks like it was a good day .
    Whats with the silver bay , where are the front blinkers placed on that bus , are they there under the bra still , not that I'm picking or anything , just curious ?? And is that the one that was at Valla last year with the Subi motor in it ??

    Hi Fred yep I think he went there with it , it has got a subaru motor 2.2ltr, the indicators are in the headlights I think, and tanyarose lookin forward to seeing you and your bus also. thomas thanks for your comments the 71 is mine.:)

    I missed this one as well.
    The silver bay is Joe's, really nice ride and a nice bloke too.

    Hey Tanya all sorts are welcome , mine has a shocking paint job up close just looks a beauty from a distance:heart: The little 1600 motor worked hard today trying to keep up with the silver subi in front of me.......:D

    Yeah cheers Carl and Dave , thought I had seen that bus before .. Had a good yarn with him at Valla last year , he is a nice bloke ..
    All those busses look top notch a good line up all round ..

    Hi all from Paul, the organizer of the event. Just like to thank all those who came along
    it was a great day, as you can see from Carls photo's we had some fantastic cars their and a great group of people. P S the weather down at Goolwa was just right.

    That silver one was in the Bus Stop section of the VWMA with the sliding sunroof, is it left hand drive, I can't see inside and the sliding door is on the opposite side? Maybe double door?

    Yes it was LHD converted to RHD ;)
