    Swansea to Albion Park this afternoon took 3 hours 15 minutes with minimal delays through Sydney. Pennant Hills Road was a breeze. Safe travels everyone.

    Hey Deb,
    No good, will get her something down there, linda Hawkins does have a unicorn outfit for her but emilly wants to check out the op shops first.
    We are currently camped at the Bega show ground.
    Going to visit the cheese factory tomorrow then an easy drive to Mallacoota . see you soon.

    When I get home and don’t have to do this with 2 thumbs. Got some special rear vision shots. I would more than encourage you to go to a Bus Stop. Cheers

    For those interested in fuel consumption (yeah ...that's why I didn't post in 'Bus Stop' wrap up!). Old Boy cruised down & did 13.44l/100km & then some cruise around Mallacoota. RAN home hard & did 14.22 l/100km.
    None great figures:( but sure see that running him hard doesn't change fuel consumption much:D. That's 21mpg @ 90kph & below & 19.86mpg @ 110kph plus. Not much difference:cool:. I love F/I;):).
    Cheers

    @David H

    I haven’t finished breaking it down to the different fills but we drove down pretty hard.
    We stayed on the speed limit most of the way even though Lucky Phil was pulling a trailer.
    So I reckon I could have done better if I had backed off to 90km/hr

    The inland trip was a breeze. Especially for Phil. Hardly any traffic at all.

    Anyway, my T3 auto with rockers and a chip, over about 1500kms I averaged
    11.9L/100km
    Or 8.4km/L
    Or 23.7mpg

    Harry did a combined run over the entire trip up until the day before yesterday of 15.4 L/100km or 18.3 miles/gallon.

    I don’t know whether the ignition system problem I had (that eventually stopped Harry a couple of days ago) May have affected the figures but I guess it must have some negative affect. I’ll calculate the remainder of the journey when I get home and we will see.
