Friday night off to friends 70th birthday gathering with a 70's theme. Easy peasey with a dig down to the back corner of the wardrobe!

The Kombi was a hit on arrival.
All was good until we went to leave. No headlights!
20 km drive home tailgating friends in their 70's Beetle.
    All fun!!

    LED parkers ;)
Makes headlights look like mains are on .
    Less attention from constabulary.
Obviously not legal but handy in suitable conditions and in emergency :)

Certain parts of society considered themselves unworthy to wear them  ..... however, now that some of the high end of town fashion houses are marketing them we can expect to see them being worn up the social ladder
