Been a while since the splittie got done so I thought we should spend some time and money on the 68 and give her some lovin'.. She had a little rust when we first bought her 4 years ago so we finally decided to get it done properly. while we were at it, we thought we may as well tidy up those car prk dings and some other usual suspect areas as well.

And that's where we got to and then had 100mm of rain that flooded the shed, so we have stopped for now, and waiting for a little less moisture before applying the top coat and clear.

Don as you well know, you scratch the surface and you never know what you will find. A lesson I learnt very well with the other bus! LOL

So far, we have spent about a week in total getting the body work done, but that was spread over a month. The blocking is getting sorted this week (two days?) and then the paint. The paint is on hold until the weather improves, but we have a cunning plan that involves a bloody big gas heater that may solve those humidity problems!
