No WOVR Record. So if you can fix it, maybe back on the road again.

The add on auction fees could be a bit of a surprise, if you are unaware, and get bidding on a budget. o_O

Ie. If your winning bid is $5000.00, there’s another $726.00 payable on top of that.

Before finalising your bidding/buying, please view the associated fees:
    Administration Fee:
    Fixed fee of $66.00
    Buyer Fee:
If purchase price is less than $201 - $33.00
If purchase price is greater or equal to $201 - $60.01
If purchase price is greater or equal to $501 - $122.00
If purchase price is greater or equal to $1001 - 13.20%

A better screen snap of roof.
Maybe a bit of body twist?

You can see movement in the pop top

    :(

I'd say the hinges have pushed in.
Should be an easy direct pull.
I have a spare door if anyone needs it ;)

    @cbus

You don’t think the top of the roof has pushed forward?

No panel beater but that pop top lifting at the rear concerns me

    Yep.
It has pushed the roof where the hinges are and probably 300mm forward of that.
As the impact is reversed by pulling on his nges etc the roof will come back into shape.
A bit of tapping and maybe heat in some spots as there are a few strong layers internally.
You would be amazed at how well it will come out tho if done inteligently and carefuly.
And impact below the door shouldn't be too bad.
    A pull will rectify most.
Enough distance to the motor that it shouldn't have been hit.
    Bit of tinware straightening inside.
Engine lid and surround will be bent.
    Furniture damaged.
    New rear bar.
Maybe mountings for bar on chassis distorted.
Probably got a 15k quote to repair and valued at 5k in red book.?

The damage would have been made worse due to TRAKKA removing so much of the roof. Could be worth a bid if its cheap enough however SGS Auto Parts will probably jump on it to part it out.

Wonder if anyone on KC bought the van. Perhaps the original owner bought it? Anyone have any news.

It certainly looked to have been lavished with love and care, my thoughts were that the door has pressed against the fibreglass pop top surround pushing the pop top up, would have been a great buy in my mind, lets hope that it is repaired and back on the road soon and not stripped for parts, cheers Greg
