    Hi
Just purchased my 1976 Kombi Sopru camper
Didn't think I would ever get a chance to own another after not having one since the early 80's
But managed to purchase this old girl she's been painted and is a bit rough around the edges but with some work and help from this site I feel we will become close
Have many questions to ask and that will come in time here's a picture to give an idea what I have
Sorry can't load photo its to big
    Will need help with that

What device have you taken the picture(s) with ? what is the size of the taken picture(s) ? ...... that'll help as a start to work things out.
Have you tried the Upload a File option when posting ? it is the middle icon/button on the bottom right of the post reply box o_O

Hi Ignats & welcome to KC,
Many answers here.....mostly by other members;).
We love photos here so you've made a good start:D. Can you post some inside photos?
Looks like a 1600 engine so not original to a 76:confused:?
Not sure about the purple fur:p but nice to see original door cards underneath. Wonderful that you got back into another bus after all those years:):D.
    Cheers

Has a checked past or zebra in this case sorry to those that like the interior colours but that's just got to go.
Motor is supposed to be total rebuild but haven't received the paper work yet has only just been installed not finished.
Lots to do and much research ahead
Will post a interior photo when I sort that out I'm 53 not 15 so tech stuff still baffles me:mad: but getting there.
Those door cards sad to say are not original
    Cheers

    G'day and welcome.
    Looks good.

Personally I would lose the belt cover. No need in kombi and only makes doing the timing difficult

I would also lose the carb air filter covers. They can't be good for air flow

Ok so you've sorted posting pics ;)

When you post the picture select full size image and you'll get like they are now - I just edited your posts

Welcome Ignats to the KC. Enjoy your ride wherever it takes you. You first question on photos have surely been sorted. The purple zebra, I shiver to think what the rest of the interior looks like without sunglasses. Kombi looks like a nice starting point to build on.

Welcome. Interesting door trims? Not in favour of fuel filters in engine bay. Keep it simple. Cover on belt usually for Baja mods. Enjoy the ride (again!)
