Thank you all for your kinds words, well it has past the engineer and so now its a mad race to get a blue slip and rego before the holidays, today was the longest drive since I bought the van and going up to Newcastle was a blast even though my van is only fitted with the ej20 she just purrs along and plenty pull.

Love that German sense of colour. I am hoping to get mine done sometime soon. Ive got Marine Blue 2pak and I think I might do gunnel line to roof gutter Dove Blue. Being a Motor Trimmer I couldn't help notice there was no headrests on the middle seat. Maybe your van is old enough not to have them as mandatory. I've got an EJ25 in 90 Transporter. Goes great but a lot of body and trim work to do. Plus I gotta get it Qld compliant. I also got a 'Mars-in-Virgo' quality built Roo Bar and Combo Bumper / Tow Bar and Peugeot 306 seats fitted.
