Over 250 kombis on the oval at Old Bar this morning. Each one quite different. What a sight to see.

Thanks for the photos Mr. Bagman. Looks like it was another day of great weather. That's 4 in a row now.

Saw a T3 dual cab heading north on the M1 on Saturday but couldn't say he was heading for Old Bar. Then we saw a lowlight heading north on the M7. Obviously headed for Old Bar - much roof decoration (board, suitcases and the like). I hope he didn't get caught on the M2 as it was queued back many kilometres due to a bad truck accident.

Maybe next year... But I have lots of nieces and nephews yet to be married... And Berrima bookshop is a nice place. There was even a 1969 lowlight there for the photos.

Nice work Tony - could have taken a better shot of me though - I look like I am telling someone off!! Haha - no just kidding, they are great photos.
Fabulous weekend again - bit of a shame that David McMahon was unwell as we could have seriously used his help with the kombi display side - the change in organising committee left a little to be desired and an aggro bloke having a go at Lorraine on Sunday morning at 7am when we were setting up the meeting point that we have had for the last 10 years left a really bad taste. If he is reading this, please send me a message because I have no idea who you are or what your problem was (although I seriously doubt you would be but you never know).

Get better soon David - we need you fighting fit for next year.

Great to catch up with so many KC'ers again.

I trust everyone got home safely and without mechanical incident. :)

37 degrees around the back of Sydney, and still 32 when we got home. (Cabin temp about 4 degrees hotter...:().

Not a day I'd usually pick to do a 7.5 hour cruise, in a non air conditioned Kombi......but so worth doing, after such a great weekend. ;)

Dave from the south coast who owns this cool panel had his drive shaft fall off on the way up on the start of the A1 highway on Friday .
It caused a 5 klm traffic jam and was on the news that night.
He got it towed across town to some Vw specialist who fixed it and he made it up for the event.

    Thanks Mark.:)

What's the deal with all those "car parkers"? o_O

Are they just too tight to pay the lousy $10 entry fee? :(

Thank you EVERYONE for coming in your Kombis to the Old Bar Beach Festival for 2015.....Your Kombi makes the Festival what it is , and this year the "official count " was 253 which was a RECORD for the Festival. We were blessed with beautiful weather , lovely music and friendly kombi owners..( Melissa , sorry about the hassles with the Volunteers, but I will put in a protest at the next Meeting on your behalf ) thank you for all the Photos and kind words about the Festival on this website as it promotes the Festival to all those who missed out ....I hope to see you all again next year at our 12 th . Festival.....make sure you book the Caravan Park.... I hope that my leg heals and my bank balance grows so that I can buy myself another Kombi ......see you all at the Bus Stop at Easter 2016 in Forbes .....I am coming in my SPACE SHIP with R2D2. cheers, David McMahon , Old Bar.
