    It was her mums car. Year model Wayne? with those outside hinges & nipples.

    Going by the number plate I would say a 62, like Little Red.

    Am I wrong is saying it is barn door?
    cant see an overhang above the windscreen?

    That's what I mean - the number plate has been personalised - Vee double U then 3 and 62
    and no its not a barn door

    Ah...I see it now:oops:. Thanks for the education;). Thought 'barn door' related to the side ones. I could climb into the engine bay to work on that engine (and camp for the duration:p).

    One more today. Looked in very original condition;). Had to perform a few manoeuvres just to get the shot:p..

    Looks like a late 76 (prob why it's lasted so well;)) with the way the rear base of the RHF door sits. Note the top of frame is tight. Plates fit to late 76 early 77.

    Often see that one down Coles Warners Bay. Couple of kid seats in the back. From memory the first time I sighted it it had some bad rust under the window rubbers that have since been repaired and resprayed.
