I'm at this stage for a replacement pop top that I'm currently refurbing as well, was going to go to Clark Rubber for the pinchweld for around the top section (8.5m??) and also look for a seal for the front and back of the pop top to van section, though I may just use sikaflex as the pop top used to be bolted on the old roof, but can't do this as it would ruin my head lining in the cab.

Does anyone put some foam or something between the pop top and top of van to cushion the join and to save rattles??

Outer seal for poptop lifting bit is Clarke rubber & they have a few versions. As for the 'P' trim under the front & rear I can't find anything in white (mines black & that makes it easier) but again Clarke have a 'U' section that may work.
    Cheers
