Wondering if anyone else has recently ordered parts from RSfab ?
In my case it's an auto stick paid for (Paypal, fortunately) in December '17 - no delivery and an unwillingness to answer (numerous) Emails requesting a tracking number.

Has the business gone belly-up? Any news or suggestions welcome. Thanks

Baz there is a lot of posts on Thesamba about Ray at RS Fab being slow to deliver and lack of communication. He has trouble keeping up with demand, dont believe he is shonky though.

    Very common complaint with RSfab.

Sorry to say I have been in the same boat, I did get my shifter after about 3months and a million emails, phone calls, forum and facebook posts. If you get stuck I can chase though old emails

Yep. It's a pity their comms skill are less than fab. Even Melanie, Ray's offsider, who said "I'm so sorry" ( re the late reply), blah, blah...is now in a messaging holding pattern.
I remain hopeful & will send them another polite request.
    Thanks

The RSFab auto stick is very easy to install - take out the grub screw that holds the T-bar handle in place & slip the RS stick over the existing tube, refit the grub screw which now holds the new tube to the inner. Pop out the VW selector panel & install the RSFab plate with boot stick attached. Ray also includes a handy pizza cutter/ bottle opener combo - a nice touch.
Pic of the installed stick attached.

    Cheers,

    baz
