    They were a bit of 'fun' to get in ... but I can see what they are trying to do so definitely worth the effort for the risk management :)

    Thank you so much. Having only ever built type 1 engines I put the tubes before the heads went on and thought the springs were just to hold the pushrods during insertion. Took the car for a spin and came home to find oil leaking out of the pushrod tubes. At least I dont have to pull the motor again. And I can retorque the heads while I am at it. Pictures are great too well done.
