Fixed price bribe means no allowance for inflation Chris !
Bribes are always like a secret ballot......you either get your way, or you are met with a look of disdain.
    Cheers,

fun to read all this...but no time to read it all...try this for a smooth set-up?
    1,
have entry box with colour pencils supplied b4 the photo day...no late entries after 7pm ?
    2,
each entry has to fill in a bob-sized blob (or shilling) colour closest to their bus clr and add your name and cabin.
    3,
the colours can then be sorted and each bob (shilling) gets a number & time to arrive and line up approx. 1 minute apart
(ie 9.35 am would be Nr35 if all stick to the time schedule, if it Nr1 starts at 9 am.!) leaves 1 Minute buffer to Nr 35 lol

hopefully NO dings and grumbles - still takes time!

Can't be there but good luck and enjoy!

Possible solution is to take the photo in black & white? :)

Going to stick with 5 colour marshals:p. All can enter at what ever time (so long as it's before photo time!) Buses leave according to marshals direction (dark to light...front to rear & left (dark) to right (light) ) & the owners understanding of the colour of the bus they're following being a bit darker than theirs;).
    I'm excited:D.
    Cheers
