That's fantastic.... and you look like you're having a ball...
As tempting as it is, i think i will have to give it a miss.
Yes Terri. Dad and I have been having fun. I'm looking online now and getting my shopping cart ready, for the big shop She is in really good condition though, we haven't had any bad surprises. All those rust spots that where a problem have been fixed. I'll keep you updated and you'll see her at Dubs by the Pie!
Hmm a supernatural tidal garage!?! That for some kind of crazy reason puts a pretty funny picture in my head haha!
come on, more rust pictures!
Hang on Thomas.... this was my beetle... very limited RUST......
Wasn't saying there was more to be found, I was referring to the lot of photos Sammy hasn't uploaded showing the repairs on what's there! I can assure you there is basically NO rust left in her now!
Im alittle slack with the photos because they are so god damn hard to upload. Dad has done even more work since you saw her last.
You dont muck around Sam, good to see how keen you are. Just make sure your dad doesnt bog it up like a certain van we know.
its all metal, harry! Is yours bogged, is it?
Na . no bog and im confident it will be all nice.
has a metrosexual lowlight to hold its own against
Nice project and a nice clean Bug. Watching with interest as we do the Pussycats 1970 Glitter Bug.
If you are having a problem with uploading pics to Photobucket then make the pic smaller. Image resize to 70% maybe. Also I send my pics to Photobucket by email. Seems to work better for my slow dial-up connection.
Harry, watch yourself. You're very out of your league and very out of line. I've never seen metal coloured bog before!
Nice one Sam, looking forward to seeing it at Dubs by the Pie
I went away for 3 days and look what got done
Sorry about the quality of the photos. Should have cleaned the lense first. It looks like the tide came in ha ha
Do you have the photos of the door pillars?
Not sure where you are located, or if you are after parts, but seen this on Ebay today and thought you might be interested.....
Thank you for that link
