$ 38 for a powered site. The bus, and when its finished the light rail, is right outside the door.
I did have a couple of bets with no results, but the roast pork rolls at the bistro were an unexpected pleasure for dinner.

I was just looking at the details today, but Easter is a real busy time for me.
Are you heading over for Bus Stop? because Stanthorpe looks like a great venue.

I'm still saving my coins for two trips to Old Bar though. I hope to pop up to The Garage Sale and then later to the Beach Festival.

Bowman Park, Crystal Brook SA. Camped between a small gum tree and a slightly bigger one.

Yep. Have a long weekend with harvest slowing down and the entire Yorke peninsula is totally overrun with wa***** in 4wds. Came up here for some peace.
Wouldn't be a bad place for a kombi gathering (once you fix up your good lady's lowlight ;)).

Where are you going to park the Kombi Jerome if there is another car in your drive:rolleyes:? Oh..that's right ....you're only there half the year;). Lucky B:D.
& how do you get paid & how do you know they were even there if you're away? Serious question.
    Cheers

    Hi David
In my case my driveway is only avaliable if i am home . in 2018 be 9 months or so
there is space for a couple of vans

payment is direct to the host.
You have to join the Driveway sharing Australia facebook page...if you are not on facebook ...? don't know...its not my initiative.

at the moment there are about 22 driveways around australia on offer
    more are being added

its early days in this concept.

Basically people who are van life/kombi travellers
inviting similar people to visit .
its up to each host to determine charges ..some are free most $10 night .

could probably do something like this
just within the kombi club ?

A few weeks ago a kombi club member stayed in my driveway. ..it was fun to show him around and have a couple of beers.

Just spent a couple of nights at Princetown Reserve on the Great Ocean Rd near the 12 apostles only $20 night unpowered. highly recommend this place.
No kombi as Betsy is currently in need of a new camshaft and running. .not well.

so had to sleep on an air mattress..which of course deflated half way through the night....still we had fun...hope the next excursion is in the kombi .

We just got back from the peninsula. Your right about the 4wds. The falcon looked like a wannabe.
We've said the same about Bowman's. Will get onto the kombi.
