And it took me ages to train one particular female employee to stop saying "No Worries" all the time - to everyone and about everything. No Worries. No Worries. No Worries. Ugh!
Me: "Can you please stop saying 'No Worries' all the time? You're having a conversation with a client, a person, but saying 'No Worries' to whatever they say sounds like you're disconnected from them. It sounds like you're not really listening to what they're saying - it's just an empty phrase."
    Her: "Oh. Sure. Sorry."
    Me: "Thanks."
    Her: "No Worries."

Hope they are better at rescues than they are at spelling, enough to make your blood boil or go catastrophic.

Read this today. He looked at his payslip to see what he (earn't) this week.

    Are earnots similar to Earwigs?

earn't would be a contraction of "ear not" or maybe even 'ear not which is a contraction of "hear not". Either way he was deaf and could only look at his payslip rather than hear it.

    i.e.

He looked at his payslip to see what he could not hear. And did it this week. Sounds perfectly reasonable:eek: But I wouldn't know as I haven't seen or heard a payslip for some time.
