Great news but wow that is expensive. I have been charging $300 for a full set , perhaps time to rethink that price :)

Absolutely correct Phil, good idea to rethink your pricing  I'd say $150 is fair for min. 27 year old headlights and grille :D

They are pricey but better than the alternative of waiting and hoping that a second hand light will come up :)

I'm glad so many parts are now being remanufactured

Be interesting to know where they are made. prob China so some would prefer 2nd hand originals. But most wont care as long as look the same

I busted a headlight a few weeks back and couldn't bring myself to pay the silly prices asked for essentially a $25 headlight. So before all the negative remarks come flooding over lol remember this is still a work in progress. They are brilliant I might say and cost under $90 the pair.

The led lights look great. How easily are they attached to the original light buckets?

Care to share what they are/where you got them?

They are off ebay, any 5x7 headlight will work. Still working an mounting system for them and I will post pics of what I have done when perfected. The system at the moment is just a board mounted to the back plate. It is fully adjstable up down left right etc and they are considerably brighter then the high beam. That is another hurdle, finding a high beam to match. I think they look odd. The problem I have as can be seen is getting them square to the body. They seem to tilt in a little to much. There is another 5x7 headlight just come out on ebay that has a more focused beam that I think would work better. It's not a problem with these but the light spread is hard to position with confidence that you are not going to blind oncoming traffic. So I think they point lower then needed.

Trouble is there is no base to it and it won't fit the original.

There is another alternative on The Samba. I will dig up the link.

To land Left and right headlight assemblies and a grille from CVC was around $1400AUD. Is this my only option for a complete new assembly? If it is then so be it but Im new to the parts scene for my T3 and am curious if there are other suppliers before I commit.
