rice cooker... steaming rice in the microwave right now... with a good curry..
Glitter based treacle???
I had it topped up when it started to make noises......less than 80,000kms ago, but it didn’t make it any less noisy...
I could see it... The old oil was well spent..
Revised scheduled maintenance program now in place here...
Not my opinion, I'm only the messenger. This is what the Mobil people that worked on them told me.
Think they are all still for sale but it amazes me how many reasonable t3s are still trucking and in great condition compared to the splittys and bays that outsold them by hundreds of thousands
Went to look at a Trakka advertised locally and the guy was very surprised how many calls he got...
. gee there is some interest in these old busses he said .
.... sold on the first day as soon as he got home from work people waitimg
This T3 was a time warp put away many decades ago judging by the draw and cupboard contents
First camper ive ever seen without a radio etc turns out the hearing aid equipment points to a one owner ? hence the lack of stereo these old busses definatly tell a story
You should have tested the car horn
I reckon it is probably 150dB
I did it sounded sleepy
Auto 2wd kombis are very capable off road I've discovered

What about Caravelle GL with factory steel sliding sunroof?
Recently swapped a 1985 2 tone blue with great interior and body, roof smooth operation but no motor. Now sits with my mechanic with a 2.5 oettinger fitted
There is one out there with your name on it
Did see one advertised recently though not sure it was a Caravelle GL
Someone here will know about one that sold yesterday
There is always Santa but your going to have to get a bigger chimney
There’s one in Adelaide, and one in Sydney’s west, that I know of.
But both are not currently on the market, and are projects for the owners I believe.
mmmm.................. no longer available?
Saw this is expensive but its got a sunroof
The sunroof is awesome, but surelynobody is going to pay that for something where the "coolant system needs attention" which in real world terms means the top end will need rebuilding at least.
They are rare with the sunroof. ripe for suby conversion or rebuild if that motor can be which wont be known till heads removed, corrosion may be too bad or a stud snaps. I recent;y swapped one for labour with my mechanic, they are real nice vans as long as the roof works as it should & no leaks.
