:D Here are the details you have all been waiting so patiently for....

    [/b]WHEN:Easter 2007 Friday April 6th to Monday April 9th

WHERE: Eaglehawk Holiday Park ,Federal HWY SUTTON, ACT

Ok so we have booked all available powered sites but if you are wanting to come, you must ring the caravan park and confirm your booking as a member of the Kombi Club group. They will probably ask you for a deposit of the first nights accomodation to secure your site. If you are requiring a cottage or cabin then again you must ring and secure your booking as a member of the Kombi Club. Have a look at the map/layout of the park and you will see cottages (purple) directly opposite the powered sites (orange). The building with the letter A is an amenities block so its nice and close too. We will probably run out of powered sites but there is plenty of tent sites very close and they may have more powered sites built by the time Easter arrives.
Pets are allowed at this park.
There is a pub/tavern in the caravan park as well as a service staion out the front. There is also a camp kitchen if we need it.

The website for this park is www.eaglehawk.contact.com.au
The telephone number is 02 62416411 and Fax 0262414423

    COST

    4 EN-SUITE POWERED SITES $37.00 PN COVERS 2 PAX
    4 COTTAGES $125.00 PN COVERS 2 PAX

    GROUP RESERVATION NO. #30016
RELEASE DATE ON ACCOMMODATION NOT ALLOCATED IS 01/03/2007
ADDITIONAL PAX ON POWERED SITES AND EN-SUITE SITES IS CHARGED AT $6.00 PP PN
ADDITIONAL PAX IN COTTAGES IS CHARGED AT $10.00 PP PN

UNPOWERED SITES ARE $20.00 PN COVERING 2 PAX AND $6.00 PN EXTRA PAX

I take it PAX means adult but they will advise you when you ring through with your booking. I have already booked my family's cottage :D

Looks like you boys are going to need some lessons on how to drink copious amounts. I'll have to get off the wagon for this I can see. Lessons will start at 6pm nightly and continue until face down in the dirt. :D

I will have a word with our website guru, he should be able to come up with something pretty nice.
What had you in mind Syncro?
I dont think it should be totally seperate from the Kombi Club site, as the event is mainly for the members although everyone is invited.

Ok CM, we can give it a go. Now as for the logo....I am going to have a look at a couple of other pics of busses to put on the sign. I tried to make it look like a real bus stop sign, but a few of you want Bays and others on there too...trouble is..there are 5 shapes if you want to please everyone. I just dont think 5 busses will fit! Might have to rethink that one.
A webpage is probably a good idea instead of just posting links back to this forum section. :D
