What colour tinware do you think for a type 4 in a Martini Olive camper?
Matt Black if you want original but gloss grey flake if you want bling!
Have seen the tinware done in Hammertone paint/powder coat.
If you're going to paint & detail the engine bay then you have options ..... gloss or satin black paint ..... hammertone may give some alternate colours to set it apart from the rest
That grey/silver hammertone is the go. Very durable and easy to touch up.
hides imperfections better that straight black.
That said a black semi gloss powder coat is brilliant.
And what about the fan shroud?
Polish or paint?
It's pot metal
I tried to tig weld a housing once, not good
Has anybody tried this wrinkle finish paint?
Go for smooth easy clean. Its a dirty environment.
Is hammertone heat proof?
