Great turnout for our cruise from Newcastle to the Central Coast and we were also joined by Gary and Mazz (Poolio) who came up from Sydney to join us for a nice drive and a very nice meal. We had 10 kombis and 4 beetles when we met up at Terrigal and then we had 2 beetles and a fastback waiting for us when we got to Trackside.... and I must not forget a Tyrepower ute! I hope Rose can add some photos and if there was anyone else, get those shots up here. Good to see some new faces, welcome Mouse - I hope you enjoyed your cruise, and I love the red of cwilliams1's split - glad you didnt park right next to Little Red ;)

Huge thanks go to Poolio for his KC express and bringing a front seat I have bought from another member up from Sydney - it saved me a trip and I am very grateful - I hope I can repay the favour some day, I really appreciate it.

    Hi Mel/all.
Thoroughly enjoyed the day with a great drive, great company and top food at Trackside. Daughter is 15 and cursing that she had to work at Maccas today. The only thing she likes more than a Kombi is a beetle. Am seriously looking at Old Bar weekend and looking forward to participating in more KC events.

    Cheers

Great to meet you Mouse (David - I think you told me) and everyone else again - what a great day. Everything worked out well - the convoy from the Entrance to West Gosford was difficult to keep together but we all made it OK.

Here is some more photos that my eldest daughter Allanah took as she was cheif photographer today:

Chris's 67 splitty which is very tasty (we all thought it was Melissa at first):

    Hi Marney and Dave
Didn't take very much convincing. Will book this week and look forward to seeing yourselves and all the other kombis and meeting more KC members at Old Bar.
    Cheers

    Hi Scott,
Nice to meet you and the family as well. Allanah did a great job with the photos. Thanks for posting them. My family seem to be catching the bug (pun intended) and have told me that they want to come to Old Bar as well.
    Cheers

    That is awesome Evan.

He is a champion Kombi meet reporter.

Good to start them young - poor kid has no chance - he'll be driving old kombis for the rest of his life.

    Cheers,
