Michelle - I had a quick slobber over Fog Lamp on the way to the toilets, little realising who he belonged to! He's a beauty! :)

I was amazed at how many Utes showed up today, I don't think I have ever seen so many in the one place, great to see them getting the love they deserve :D

I was just about to say the same thing Lorraine. Great, red-headed minds think alike, obviously. ;)

Was excellent to see so many utes - I followed one home for ages, and it hadn't been at the show. We shouted out at the traffic lights and they didn't even know the Action Day was on. could have been another ute there!

Bert won best modified Kombi and best mechanical, the split with 'Split' rego won best original kombi, sorry forgot his name:( as for the rest, I wasn't really listening:eek: but I'm sure someone else will fill in the blanks:eek:

Interesting the 'Split' Kombi won best original when the engine is far from original - but who cares I just love lookin' at 'em and I would proudly own any of those shown at the display.

I must admit I'm becoming more partial to DC's and of course I looooooove Lowlights!

There were very few 'Kombi' classes and all years and makes thrown in together which was a bit rough.

It was very badly organised or should I say unorganised with everyone just parking wherever which made it hard to compare like type vehicles. No garbage bins, no shade, dirty smelly loos, but this did not stop us all from having a good time:).
