Went to The 1st Shannons Hunter Classic = a car show for all makes to raise money for Feed Disaster Relief to help out farmers.
Little Red won one of the 10 trophies of the day! Very surprised but thrilled.

Took Spotty to Sydney today to pick up a new dishwasher for my new kitchen and a trip to Costco to make it worthwhile.
    The traffic was awful.

Mine don’t do as exciting stuff as you Mel....o_O

Last week, Velle carted tools to a job, and SC bought home some wood. Both still workhorses, so nothing really to write home about. :(

Removed the two way from the dash to the glove box ,now looks a whole tidier ,had to cut and shut some of the wires and the coax but all turned out well :). now have to fill a few unwanted holes then re-spray dash.

    photos of changes. 20181117_081433.jpg 20181117_081537.jpg
first photo , dash had a lot of screw holes sanded back to metal then concaved holes and filled with plastic ,it looks better than photo shows ,,should have turned off flash.
2nd photo, the 2way housing which was mounted on top of dash.
3rd photomike in position ,easy to reach without having to stretch.
4th photo 2way mounted in glovebox, out of the way and out of direct sunlight.
5th photo, glove box lid made from pine shaped to fit then stained .

These photos do not do it justice ,when using a flash it tends to show up and high light every imperfection when in reality it looks really good.

    Hi Cruisers,
Got a delivery from JK today. T'was a sliding door top roller cover. Me thinks carton size a bit of overkill;). Post is for amusement of members:). P1110404.JPG
Aside from some loose plastic this was all that was in the box.
Also got another excellent fuse panel off Gumtree with intact clear plastic cover!

Same size box I got from France, (and paid the cubic freight) that had just a “Caravelle CL” rear door badge in it. :D

Stupid thing was, they filled my box with plastic and paper protection to the brim, and then packed the badge last, on top of it all, directly under the single skin cardboard lid! o_O
