    Fitted the bed in Paladin with a 12v DC electric blanket (told you I don't do winter :eek:). Set it up with a single channel wireless remote so I can turn it on/off while still in bed :D or
    open / close a nearby garage door. :eek::D

    The daughter wants me to make ride on wooden toys for her grandkids so down to Bunnings ,more power tools to go with lathe.

    The 12vdc blanket I purchased from ebay as well as the relay remote,
    The blanket cost $29, initial current ~ 8 amps then reduces to 5 ish once warm. I placed the blanket across the bed between the top sheet and doona at the foot end.
    The remote only cost 17 dollars and is fitted with a 10 amp rated relay.

    I got the diamond one and the oval one :D A fella called Shaun Whittle on the sopru volkswagen camper face book page was giving them away just had to pay postage.
