A cold but sunny day with my mate Todd, cutting out some floor sections from a wreck for the dual cab Ute project with a plasma cutter and grinder. So much better with the right tools inc a tilt tray to bring the wreck from the paddock over to the workshop. Very grateful to him, and on top of that he also has let us stay over with a wonderful warm fire and lots of food, and company. First trip out of our home area in months and well worth the effort.

Fixed the turbo (....well, that’s what my neighbour believes it is ) on my bus.
Heater booster fan had stoppped working recently, so removed it and pulled it down.
Turns out the problem was a failed solder joint at one of the brush cases....

Re soldered the joint, cleaned everything up and I have toasty toes once again.....:D
    Cheers,
    Mark

Not sure about your mode of transport, but you may well need toasty toes at the end of the month...

Gracie said to me earlier in the week... “Mum, wouldn’t it be terrible if you couldn’t see.”
No need to explain what made us all happy today.

Isn’t it a nice change, to have fire where you want it.......... when you want it, doing what you want it to do?

:D ..... Turbo reference reminded me of some of the 4 cylinder cars in the late 70's early 80's with Air Conditioning - turn the AC off to boost the power :confused:

20200608_165518.jpg Made a start on extending my work shop .built the main frame today. Take down inner walls in next couple of days and reuse those on outside . This will eventually double my workshope space. Fit lots more power tools in there now.this makes me happy .
