Fantastic to hear Chris .... snuck in scotch yesterday which I don't usually have - must have been the reason for it ;)

A week completed with ownership of Rocky - VW T-ROC and finally found time to re-fit on the rear seat the waterproof cover, sheet & towel :) ..... then had to go on the hunt for a suitable towel to place in the foot well as being a 4Motion it has the drive shaft hump so length was the issue & found an old beach towel long enough & folded into 3rd's length ways - it fitted perfectly :D

    Hi Melissa.
As much as i wanted to get to the B/S in 2021 ,
Carolyn convinced me not to chance it, so i will only be doing a few short trips for a while around S A.

Great to hear about all the good news about those who have beaten the big C. Make my good day stuff a bit tame, but here goes.
The male half of the couple in the yard at the moment getting a big solar and lithium battery set up installed showed symptoms of possible Covid 19, sore throat, headaches, not feeling well etc. Had to travel all the way to Tailem Bend to find a drive through test clinic, crazy eh ..... Results came through today, just a cold or the flu or similar, so we are no longer in isolation ...... not that we had much of a chance to go anywhere anyway, but at least I got to attend the needles in the eyes appointment, lucky me  He was kinda happy about the whole timing, got out of a family fair-well BBQ before they headed off on that trip of a life time around and across Australia.
Other good news, managed to build a start battery out of the old traction battery pack from the Prius so I could get the 24v Hino up and running again so I could move it to get this big bus inside the workshop out of the rain. Just now managed to get the 11mtr rig through the doorway and inside as far as you can get an 11mtr coach into a 10 mtr space and still have room to walk past the back and open the workshop toilet doors :) (seemed an important requirement) Not all that easy to do when there is only 10 mtrs available between the roller door and the side fence .... workshop wasn't really designed for getting big vehicles in through the roller door.
The great news, Kombi's reco steering box arrived, thanks Rick, and Bathurst is on ... just need to sort the Chromecast to work via the phone to stream it to the workshop TV ....

Well we certainly can’t wait to catch up but you have to look after yourself. We want you around for a long time yet! ;)
We’ve been very busy bees here with not a lot of time for anything else. It looks as though with olive harvest and garlic planting 2021 BS is off for us too. :(

We miss you mate and the KC crew. Long time between drinks but geez it will be a great reunion! ;)
