My microwave died on Friday night - blew up and smoke came out - so I start looking online as I wanted a white one and didn't want to spend too much. I found one online but went around to a few stores on Saturday morning just to check I was getting a good deal. Found lots of stainless steel or black but was happy with what I was getting online. Only problem is, I don't know how long before it will get delivered. Now for the thing that made me happy - I thought I would have a look on Facebook Marketplace - found one close by for $10 - I thought if I buy it, my new one will get here quickly, if I don't buy it, my new one will take ages - and now for the thing that made me really happy - it will fit perfectly in Josie! Newer small microwaves are just that bit wider than this little vintage model - when was the last time you saw Black and Decker on an appliance?

I think it's a Lotus Evora. The guy owns a few Lotuses and Caterhams. He is into Pommy and Italian cars. He must like working on cars.

I only knew Ford as either “Fix Or Repair Daily”, or “Found On Rubbish Dumps”………

A win with Australia Post !!
Just off the phone to a resolution Agent for a lost parcel to The Netherlands.
Yes... I got to speak with a real person !! :D
Package was sent at the beginning of August but has been dead in the water for ages....no tracking updates after leaving Sydney airport.......
Long story short, Aust.Post agreed to compensate me for the package contents value as stated on the Customs declaration + receipted postage expenses.
Very happy with this as I had not taken out any insurance (the contents only just totalled $100). It cost more to send than that !!
    Cheers,

Drove home in air conditioned comfort and cruise control. Just the shot in CQ.
