Sydney from tomorrow go to level 2 water restrictions. Everyone has to do there bit to help reduce there water consumption. When a neighbor four doors down puts a sign on his house that says"water tank in use" It wasn't there yesterday but there today. Considering the restrictions start tomorrow. He doesn't have a water tank and if you water your lawn daily, which he does, the water in a tank wouldn't last long. Without any rain recently either. We have a 5ooo liter tank, every time we water the garden it uses around 500-750 liters of water, you can work out our long it would last. Cunning as a jail house rat.:mad:

I think that would warrant a phone call to get the water tank situation sussed out.

This morning whilst chipping all the weeds along a customers driveway and raking up all of the fallen pine needles whilst the wind was blowing I had to listen to said customer complaining how hard life is that she has to go out every lunchtime this week for xmas lunches with the various friend/social groups she belongs too! :mad:o_O
    First world problem!

Or you press it too hard to your ear trying to hear someone speaking soft or indian/asian and activates the mute button, I like my hearing aids with the bluetooth you can answer the phone and people think you are having a conversation with yourself or a higher being.

I do maintenance at a school, part of the job is putting the bins out. Today was recycle bin day so the recycle bins were out. Truck emptied them at about 10.
I came back after school hours to put them back in. Found 2 normal rubbish bins near where the recycle bins are kept full of rubbish... 60% recyclables mixed in. The empty recycle bins were sitting by the kerb 10 metres away! (The kids get the bins in for me quite often so no excuse there). The teachers are responsible for teaching children, this includes the simple organisation of recyclable rubbish. If they can't teach simple stuff like this how can they teach anything properly.:rolleyes:o_O:eek:
Funny extra to this.... I've heard several kids in the yard tell teachers .... "that's not the right bin Miss....":)

Rant over.. 3 more days to the end of another working year!;)

    What pisses me off
The exit of @David H (ie not posting any more)
He had some radical views, but he was still a big contributor
Give him slack, make fun of what he posts, but don't give him the uber shit he didn't deserve.

Don't grind the beans ...... pour the Sambuca shot into a glass drop 5 beans in and ignite  and let burn until the Sambuca starts to change colour then extinguish flame ...... let glass cool enough so as not to burn lips then skull catching the beans with your teeth . Introduced to that by an Italian friend whose father was the importer of Sambuca & Lambrusca back in 1974 ;):D
