So after getting some Quotes from local business ... anthing up to $15,000 I decided to have a go my self. Went and purchased a second hand mig ($200.00) ,borowed a compressor, purchased a reasonable spray gun and began to study anything and everything to do with welding and spray painting (only used spray can b4) also hasseld a member on this sight who was very helpfull...... took a big deep breath and locked my self away in my garage for 3months

Was very happy with result but unfortunatly made the rest of the bus look tired, so I decided to do the hole bus. This was going to be hard due to space in my garage so it came down to doing her pannel by pannel or side by side. AAhhh

    sliding door

After a bit of sanding and exploring i found out why it was so heavy.......... bog heaps of it.
Found that it had been hit and someone leveld it back up with about 6mm of bondo. I had an old one i found in a paddock down south, it was my second choice but turned out to be heaps better than the one on it[IMG]
