Hi club members - about 3 weeks ago I had a bad miss on my 1975 1800 bus, I got a lot of comments and Im gratful. Took it to cartek and they found a faulty high tention lead . so it runs well again. I thought I had a faulty cylinder head and envisioned huge costs so am delighted. The leads had been changed recently and never suspected them.:)

Great result. I continue to be amazed in this cynical cash grab society that there are still honest tradesmen out there. Long May I continue to be amazed. I thought I was up for new heads at the least. They disconnected a faulty choke that was causing issues and left it open so it will need replacing from somewhere ...anyone know who has them?
Anyway, I slept like a top after that news.
