They are getting COVID requirements done like QR codes etc. As long as council approve it all, it should be going ahead.
Wonder if they’ll change the formal proceedings from 3pm, back a bit to say 1.30pm, while there are still most of the attendees there, and encourage the non local people to stick around, and still be able to travel the distance home at a reasonable hour?
